Oaks Coffee Shop

The Oaks Coffee Shop opened on Elm Farm Road in 2002 with the intention of providing somewhere for the local community to meet. Initially a book and coffee shop the space is used by both the local and Christian community.

Visit The Oaks and you will enjoy high quality refreshments including homemade cakes and a variety of hot drinks to tempt everyone in a friendly relaxed atmosphere, come with your friends or meet new ones here.

Next charity coffee morning will be May 24th when we will be raising money for race for life. Come and meet the Oaks team who ran the race and enjoy a cake and a drink, at the same time raising money for Cancer Research.

If you are free on a Monday come along for a chance to meet with one another over coffee, explore what God has got for us as women, and support each other in prayer. Each Monday 1pm - 2:15 pm

An introduction to this amazing game, each Monday morning from 10am - 12 noon. This is a learn from scratch beginners group. More than just a game; a great way to meet new people.

Following on from our beginners group we also have an intermediate group that meets each Wednesday at 10am-12noon. This is a learning club where we play and analyse hands. Both of these groups are very friendly and informal and new members are welcome.
