Toast

Toast is for the Oaks Young people who are at secondary school.

Toast meets each Sunday during the sermon and the second set of worship.

The young people do a variety of things in Toast including eating croissants, bible study, going costa, discussion and much more. They also have a fortnightly midweek group and go to the monthly Youth for Christ celebration with young people from other churches across Aylesbury.

Ben and Jen Holcombe are our new Children's and Youth workers, they are married with two children (Noah and Naomi). They have lived in Aylesbury for two years and previously lived in Cornwall. They have a passion to see the young people in church experience God in a meaningful way, and have both worked with children, youth and students since the age of 15. They love God, being outdoors, pizza and watching films.

The good news of the gospel is that God is generous; extraordinarily, extravagantly and sacrificially generous. And perhaps the most amazing thing of all is that we are on the receiving end of the total generosity of God’s love and goodness. Indeed, all that we have comes from God.
