The Leadership team are led by Graham Arnold and are responsible for the direction of the church. This includes our vision, values, ethos and how we implement these.

'Department Heads' are people who are responsible for areas of ministry within the church and assist the Leadership Team in implementing the vision of the church.

Graham Arnold - Senior Pastor
Married to Karen with a 5 year old son called Zac; Graham was raised in a non-christian family and disliked anything Christian until he encountered God in 1992. Graham was called by God to ‘feed his sheep’ and has been endeavouring to do that ever since. Prior to leading Oaks Community Church Graham was the Director of Aylesbury Vale Youth for Christ. Graham comes from the Old Kent Road and is a Millwall season ticket holder; ask Graham what he wants most in life and the answer will be 'the Fathers face'.

Kate Springett
Kate was part of the team that planted Oaks Community Church. She currently works as a clothing designer and also spends 1 day a week working for the Church. Part of Graham's youth group when younger, She has a real heart for people and is involved in various aspects of church life.

Duncan & Margaret Loughlin
Married with 3 grown up children, Duncan & Margaret have been at Oaks Community Church since it opened its doors to the public. Duncan is a builder by trade and helps head up the Men's ministry among other things. Margaret is employed by the church to work in the community and is responsible for the women's ministry in the church and has a passion to see people released into their God given ministries.

Les Hoare
Married to Jan and with 3 grown up children, Les is a carpenter by trade. A devourer of books Les knows everything and is often found doing the crossword at the Oaks book & coffee shop. Les has a passion for history and is a real practical joker.

Simon Garwood
Married to Sally, Simon works for Aylesbury Youth Action for 4 days a week and spends 1 day a week working for the church. Simon is an annointed worship leader and is developing the youth work within Oaks. A former Youth for Christ worker, Simon is gifted at working with young people and has a wise head on his shoulders.

Department Heads
The department Heads is made up of people who are in key leadership positions within Oaks Community Church. This group is functional and not positional; people are on the Department Heads because they serve in a leadership position.
