The Elm Farm Cafe was launched on the in March 2007 and is held at the William Harding Combined School. The cafe runs in the evening from 7pm-9.45pm and was the result of a Neighbourhood Action Group  saying that young people in the area desperately needed something to do.The café was set up in partnership with Aylesbury Vale FC, the Thames Valley Police and Oaks Community Church.

On the first evening 20 young people arrived and filled in membership forms. The activities included computer games, football, smoothie making, tuck shop and toasties. The feedback from the young people and the team was extremely positive.

The cafe is currently closed for the summer break.
