In the summer of 2006 we held our first family fun day for the local community in which our church meets.

During the day there were all the normal stalls you would expect at a fun day as well as a BBQ, puppet show, treasure hunt, a fire engine and a police car and much more.

The really great thing about the day was that it was entirely free to everyone; even the raffle where a bike was the top prize.

Well over 150 people attended our first fun day and had a great day out, this has now become an annual event with 300+ attending in 2008.
